My main role is planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees. I make sure that there is no lack of quality education for our students. We want them to be the best among best, for that all the staff works very hard. I try to create a positive working environment for the teachers, so that they can create a positive learning environment for our students.

As a coordinator, I am responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events. I, along with the manager perform tasks like managing staff members, event planning, managing and organization of stuff etc. In this sense, I make sure that our school runs in an organized way, so that there will be no obstruction in the path of success for our students.

I teach basic english skills including reading, writing and speaking. I compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson. I execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching, depending on the content. I emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction. I teach students to think critically when studying literature and poetry.
